Researching Aberdeen mixed methods research in Culter, the village in the city by Dr Jill Ebrey

08-01-2016

This workshop aims to provoke discussion about the advantages and disadvantages of using mixed method research in a semi-rural location. It focuses particularly on ethnography and visual methods such as film production and collaborative photography, discussing how they might engage a wider and more varied participation. The presentation was made by Dr Jill Ebrey, School of Social Sciences, University of Manchester, at the methods@manchester Methods Fair 2015 on 4 November 2015.
