Description:

This two-day course aims to provide students with an understanding of economic evaluation in health and its relevance to policy and practice. Students will be introduced to the following concepts with examples from a range of mental and physical health disorders:

• Types and methods of economic evaluation
• Identification, measurement and valuation of costs
• Measurement and valuation of outcomes
• Decision modelling for health economic evaluation
