This is a two day course run by Professor David F. Hendry and Professor Hans-Martin Krolzig. Aiming to introduce participants to the PcGets program, designed for automatic model selection (aka data mining in some quarters). Advances in time series, forecasting and software engineering are continuously being introduced. These advances provide major breakthroughs in the modelling of time series embodied in easy-to-use software.Cost:
The fee is:
£40 - For UK registered postgraduate students, staff at UK academic institutions and ESRC funded researchers.
£300 - For all other participants.
All fees include course materials, lunch, morning and afternoon tea. They do not include travel and accommodation costs.
