StatKey is a free, web-based statistics app that requires no downloads or registration and supports general data exploration and simulation-based inference—enabling instructors and researchers to explore summary statistics and visualizations, sampling distributions, resampling methods (bootstrapping intervals and randomization tests), and visual inference with minimal technical barriers. In this hands-on workshop, professors Robin Lock and Patti Frazer Lock demonstrate core features and pedagogical strategies so participants can prototype reproducible classroom activities, analyze and share student-collected data using resampling methods, and integrate StatKey output into teaching and research materials.
