NCRM seeks trainer to deliver programme in evaluation methods

NCRM is looking to commission an experienced trainer to deliver a training programme in advanced methods of evaluation.

The target audience for the programme will be professionals working in the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector and researchers from governments and local authorities.

The training will focus on the following four areas:

  • Evaluating systems change
  • Practical application of pragmatic research and evaluations
  • Creating good evaluation questions
  • Communications of evaluation outcomes and outputs to different stakeholders

NCRM is seeking a trainer who has knowledge and competencies across these four areas, as well as experience in creating and delivering bespoke training. 

The successful applicant will plan, deliver and evaluate a minimum of six hours of direct delivery.

The fee for this training commission is £1,500.

NCRM is keen to receive applications from trainers who value learning and take a considered approach to equipping participants with skills and tools which they will enjoy using regularly in practice.
