A new NCRM report examines the interface of health research and social science.

The report is based on three mini-studies: a survey of top health-social science journals; a survey of funding agendas and an exploration of biosocial research as it is realised in UK infrastructure and interviews.

Together, the studies inform an understanding of the interface of health research and social science for the purposes of planning collaborations and strategic engagements, and the report makes suggestions for methodologically focussed interactions.

The report is authored by Professor Mark Elliot, NCRM Deputy Director, and Dr Robert Meckin, NCRM Presidential Fellow.
