The department of Social Statistics at the University of Manchester wishes to appoint a Chair in Social Statistics/Quantitative Social Science. This is appointment will be available from 1 September 2021.
Applicants must have an internationally recognised research and publications record innovations in quantitative methodology, the application of cutting-edge statistical methods in social contexts, and the analysis of complexities in social data . Applicants should also have a clear, well-developed and viable strategy for applying for external research funding, as and where appropriate.
