As part of this ESRC/NCRM 2005 consultation exercise, NCRM sought the views of doctoral and academic researchers and employers of researchers within academia regarding research methods training in the social sciences in the UK. This consultation was to inform the strategic thinking of ESRC with regards to future provision of training. A report of the findings is likely to be available in January 2006 on the Centre website (on the 'publications' page).
