Description:

The Office for National Statistics is currently consulting on options for the future of population statistics in England and Wales, including the potential discontinuation of the conventional census. The options under consideration have profound implications for the future availability of data on population counts and characteristics for small areas (at and below the local authority level). This meeting will bring together all wishing to discuss the key issues and promote informed responses to the consultation.
