Description:

The National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM) is hosting an 'agenda setting' event, with NOVELLA and the Centre for Narrative Research (CNR), marking the launch of the second edition of Doing Narrative Research, which has been expanded from eight to 13 chapters. Preceding the launch, we have organised a half-day symposium on the theme of 'Narratives of Everyday Life', which will include short presentations from some of the contributing authors of Doing Narrative Research as well as audience led discussions.

There is no charge for the day, but places are limited and a reservation is required. Both events will be held at the Institute of Education in London at the following times.

Symposium: 2-5pm (registration from 1.45pm)

Book Launch: 5.30pm

If you are unable to attend, or even if you are, Sage is offering a 20% discount on purchases of the book. The discount code, which is valid until December 31st, is UK13EM076.

Please email novella@ioe.ac.uk on booking to state whether you will be attending the seminar, book launch or both.
