The Strategic Framework for Capacity Building within NCRM is the product of a collaborative effort on the part of the Hub and Nodes, through the work of the Training & Capacity Building Strategy Subgroup. The strategic framework is intended to inform the activities of current and future Nodes and will guide the Hub in its activities.
