Abstract Details
First results of the 2011 census are scheduled to be released in July 2012, with more detailed data following during the autumn. This session is convened by ESRC's Census Programme, which will become part of the new UK Data Service on 1 August. Presentations will cover the data and services that will become available for research access to 2011 census outputs. It will begin with an overview of the 2011 census operation and then review each of the principal census data output products from area aggregate counts, interaction data, geographical products, microdata samples and the census-linked longitudinal studies.
