This international conference will bring together scholars and research professionals involved in the design, implementation and analysis of longitudinal surveys, to share methodological research findings and to discuss the state of the art in carrying out longitudinal surveys.
The conference will result in two major publications:
The twenty-four monograph papers to be presented at the conference will constitute chapters of a book entitled Advances in Longitudinal Survey Methodology, to be edited by Peter Lynn and published by Wiley;
All authors of contributed papers presented at the conference are invited to submit their paper for consideration for publication in a special issue of the journal Longitudinal and Life Course Studies, to be edited by Peter Lynn, Nicole Watson and Mick Couper. The submission deadline is expected to be in September 2018.
Both the book and the journal special issue have expected publication dates of early 2020.
