Methodology and Methods: innovation, challenges & opportunities

3rd December 2015, 8.45am-5pm, Rolle 605, Plymouth University

An interdisciplinary conference focusing on issues of epistemology, methodology and methods attracting a diverse audience of researchers and educators from the academic, public, private and third sector and many different research disciplines. It offers a unique opportunity to debate current and future issues of relevance, with delegates drawn from different disciplines and professional areas.

CALL FOR PAPERS

The themes for the Methodological Innovations Conference 2015 are:

1. Innovations in qualitative and quantitative research

2. Researching the visual

3. Participatory research

4. Auto/biographical approaches

5. Health and community methodologies

6. Pedagogic methodologies

7. Ethics and dilemmas

8. Media and cultural methodologies

There is also an open stream offered for papers outside of the above streams.

To present a paper you will need to submit an Abstract (250 words) and Biography (50 words) by 19th October 2015 to ihc@plymouth.ac.uk. We welcome contributions from academic, practitioner and postgraduate communities.
