Description:
The aim of the course is to provide an introduction to Structural Equation Modelling using Mplus. The course contains three main components:
- General SEM and Latent Variables
- Longitudinal Data Analysis
- Multi-level Modelling
In a nutshell, the topics covered are: general structural equation modelling (including mediation and moderation analysis), exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the examination of measurement equivalence, latent growth curve models, latent growth class analysis/mixture models multi-level regression, multi-level factor analysis and multi-level SEM. The course is aimed at absolute beginners with no or little prior knowledge and the first day will cover basic concepts of SEM and give an introduction to Mplus. No prior knowledge of these topics or of Mplus is assumed. However, if you are not familiar with Mplus, you need to take the first day in order to cope with the remainder of the course. At the end of the course, the participants should have an understanding of the topics covered and be able to conduct structural equation models in Mplus.
Cost:
Any 2 days £320
Any 3 days £420
Any 5 days £600
Full course £800
