Description:

This course is about undertaking regression modelling when the outcome variable is binary (e.g. yes/no), focusing on the practical application of the technique rather than its mathematical complexities.

It is aimed at all who need to analyse data from studies where the outcome of interest is binary.

The topics covered in this course are binary logistic regression and its relationship to classical linear regression. These topics will be demonstrated using SPSS.

Prior knowledge of hypothesis testing, ANOVA and regression is essential.

This pick & mix topic is also available as part of our “Advanced Data Modelling” course, alongside other pick & mix topics. Please note that by doing the combined course, you would be obtaining a discount on the fees for undertaking the individual pick & mix elements.
