Description:

This course is aimed at all who need to design good questionnaires in order to collect good data.

The topics covered in this course are aspects of surveys such as how they can be designed so as to make them attractive to their target respondents, how specific “awkward” questions can be asked in a way that will encourage responses, how questions can be structured to achieve clarity and avoid multiple purposes in a single question, how surveys can be distributed and how to get the right people to answer it.

No prior knowledge is required.
