Description:
The lives of children and young people have been interesting to social researchers, policy makers and politicians for many years. Recently there has been lots of interest in how children's very early life experiences affect their outcomes as young people and adults.
This one-day course will introduce the key issues and sources of information when carrying out research with children, young people, their parents and schools. It will give delegates an understanding of the basic tools and understanding to carry out research in this area.
