Strategic Framework for Capacity Building
This Strategic Framework for Capacity Building within NCRM is the product of a collaborative effort on the part of the Hub and Nodes, through the work of the Training & Capacity Building Strategy Subgroup. The document has been discussed at length and incorporates the extensive feedback that was received during its development. The strategic framework is intended to inform the activities of current Phase II Nodes and future Phase III Nodes and will guide the Hub in its second phase of activities.
